The Fond du Lac Sheriff's Office promoted Lance Penn to the position of Staff Sergeant in August, 2023. Penn received an associate of Arts and Science degree from UW-FDL and a Bachelors Degree in the Administration of Justice from Marian University. He started his career here as a Correctional Officer in March of 2007. In 2012 he was promoted to Sergeant where he worked both first and second shift.
