Sergeant Brandon Henning started his career with Fond du Lac County in April of 2016 as a 911 Dispatcher. In 2018 Sergeant Henning was hired as a part-time Deputy Reserve. In January of 2019 Sergeant Henning was hired as a Patrol Deputy where he worked on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, most recently on 2nd shift until his promotion to Sergeant in April 2024.  

Sergeant Henning served as a Field Training Officer, responsible for training newly hired Deputies. Sergeant Henning is a current member of the Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team where he is currently working towards becoming a certified Crash Reconstructionist. Sergeant Henning is also a member of the Sheriff’s Office Boat Patrol, Peer Support Team, and Mobile Field Force.  

Sergeant Henning graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in December of 2015, with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
